David (Jenx) is the founder of Pelican Shield Insurance Group, a commercial insurance agency based in St. Petersburg, Florida. With over 20 years in the insurance industry, he works with business owners facing real risk - complex operations, higher exposures, and no room for guesswork.

Pelican Shield was built on a simple principle: do what you say you're going to do. Clients value David's straight-talk advice, deep experience in commercial and specialty insurance, and his ability to cut through noise to find practical, effective solutions.
